I am the ears of the organization. Others may claim to know what the world wants to hear, but I ultimately decide who we sign and what we release. The next Jay Z or Miley Cyrus has to get past me, putting more than one memorable beat or lyric in my head to earn a place on my company’s roster.
I am the head of A & R for the record company.
