I am the coordinator of every script submitted to my company. I lead an army of interns who copy and distribute scripts at my discretion. Depending upon the size and type of company I work at, I have up to five years experience and may have been an assistant on the desk of a senior executive or agent. I may also oversee story analysts (paid script readers) if my company uses them. To be good at this job, I must be organized and dedicated. From here, I climb the latter to being a production executive at a studio or production company, or an agent.
